 The recent guidelines from Ramblers state that new walk leaders.
Must Complete all three elements of the Walk Leaders Handbook.
Must Complete the e-Learning Walk Leader Foundations Module.
Must Complete the e-Learning Preventing and Managing Incidents Module.
None of these are requirements for current walk leaders.

To access these modules on the Ramblers website:
Go to Ramblers https://www.ramblers.org.uk/
Sign in using username and password
Click on 'Training Library'
Click in 'Walk Leadership Foundations'
Very small yes/no button appears click as appropriate
'Walk Leadership Foundations' appears. Click 'Begin' or ‘Introduction’ click on Play.
Each module must be completed to access the following module.

The guidelines also state that walk leaders should carry out a risk assessment before
leading a walk.
